What Wood is Used in Your Products?

Here at Shire Paws, we use sustainably sourced B/BB Poplar Plywood wood that meets the FSC and PEFC standards. We also make sure that the wood is as safe as possible for your furry friends. So we’ve made our products with wood that meets the CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI formaldehyde emission standards meaning it has LESS than 0.05 parts per MILLION of formaldehyde which is close to the level of formaldehyde in fresh air.

How Are Items Delivered?

At Shire Paws we aim to have as little waste as possible and use recyclable and biodegradable packaging for our products.

We use DPD and Ervi. DPD costs £8-10 for delivery, whilst Ervi is £4-6 and all items should arrive within 3-5 days of shipping.

Many of our products are made by hand and made to order so please allow up to 5 working days for your shipment to be sent out.

How are items assembled?

We use non-toxic, solvent-free glue to construct our multi-chamber hides and Mischief products together.

Our platform legs are attached by screws that are flush to the platform to avoid any injuries to paws.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes! We love working with people to create pieces that work best for their setups!
